Enrolment process and forms
Enrolment packs are available at our front office. Alternatively you can download an enrolment form via the link below.
To enrol your child at school you will need the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Identity Documents (if applicable)
- Immunisation Certificate
- Court Order (if applicable)
- Proof of address
Uniforms
Uniforms are in stock and available at our front office for purchase via cash or eftpos. We have polo shirts, including sports polo shirts and cadet polo shirts, zip jumpers, airflow shorts and cargo shorts. Come and see our friendly ladies at the office and they will be able to help your child with correct fittings. Alternatively, you can fill out an order form via the link below.
