Enrolment packs are available at our front office. Alternatively you can download an enrolment form via the link below.
To enrol your child at school you will need the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Identity Documents (if applicable)
- Immunisation Certificate
- Court Order (if applicable)
- Proof of address
